Our charging cards are free of charge for annual Premium subscriptions. Otherwise, the cost is £10.
To order a charging card in our app, simply go to 'Payments' in the Settings menu, and select 'Charging card' to get started.
You'll then need to follow the instructions including adding a payment card (if not already saved), adding your address for the card to be sent to, and paying for the card if applicable.
Please note that currently our charging card can only be sent to UK addresses and used within the UK. Most charging cards will arrive within 10 days. However, should your card not arrive after 14 days, please email our support team.
