To cancel your subscription from Zapmap on the Apple App Store please open the App Store and tap on your profile picture at the top right, then tap Subscriptions. You may need to sign in with your Apple ID. Choose a subscription, then click cancel.
To cancel your subscription on the Google Play store, please open the Google Play app, at the top right, tap the profile icon. Then tap Payments & Subscriptions and then Subscriptions, which will show your live subscriptions. Next select the subscription you wish to cancel and tap cancel subscription, then follow the instructions.
Unfortunately we are unable to do this for you as it is part of the Apple/Google service and not something we have any control over.
